Game Clubs are some of our most successful programs. We have created a friendly, fun environment for Middle and High School students to enjoy a variety of board and card games. This FREE event is every Friday night from 5-7.  Magic The Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons remain the most popular ones to play. However, our founders have created their own detailed strategy game that has drawn fans from all over Marin.

Our current series of youth-featured music events are our Youth Music Showcases. Created and run by a local student and musician Devon Harvey, the purpose of these events are to give local youths in the community regular access to performance opportunity and support in their musicianship. We strive to have shows every month, and information regarding new dates are always being updated on our events page!

REV 9 ZINE

Revolution 9 is proud to announce our first in-store student-created zine! Employees and students Din and Owen are currently the only creators, but we also want outside contributors- mostly high school and older middle school students, so if anyone is interested we encourage them to come inquire at the shop! Our Zine has original student art, writing and photography. We are lucky to live in such a creative community, we only wish to spread this enthusiasm to younger generations.

AT REVOLUTION 9

You will always find a group of shoppers pausing to catch a moment of a movie playing, family members calling each other over to share an amusing product, teenagers playing Packman or Space Invaders, toddlers admiring our animal collection in the back, and parents catching falling Squishables. But some days are even more exciting. We are always hosting or planning new events for our enthusiastic community.

Every Saturday night, Revolution 9 offers a program for kids aged 6-12 from 6pm-9pm. The price is $25 per child and $40 for a pair of siblings. The students experience a night of Arts & Crafts, Music, Science, Games, Drama, as well as adventure of all kinds. The kids receive a dinner that is Mac&Cheese as well as snacks whenever they need. Our incredible staff plans weekly projects: from a group painting to caring for plants!

Our staff at Revolution 9 was kept busy with the flurry of events that were hosted in our store and back room. We have hosted button making birthday parties, Irish Festival Musicians, Harry Potter Enthusiasts, and Stranger Things fans. We scared attendees at our Stranger Things Haunted House and at our Christmas Krampus Meet and Greet! We also hosted bigger Kids' Nights and Game Club crowds than before! We have no doubt 2020 will be even more exciting.
